It's just refreshing to see a musical that is NOT based on a movie or on a comic strip.
Who says they’re not making great musicals any more? This smash hit received more 2006 Tony awards than any other musical! When a die-hard fan plays his favorite cast album, the show miraculously comes to life! Hijinks ensue as mobsters try to force a Broadway producer to sabotage his leading lady’s wedding. Toe-tapping tunes and silly situations abound in this hilarious valentine to the Golden Age of Musicals.
